Well by the looks of it, it means animals are being protected in a sort of way.
But then, euthanasia is being exercised by them. You got to be kidding right?

Why euthanasia is practised?
Their reason...
The SPCA abhors the necessity of practising euthanasia, but feels it is warranted under certain conditions.

1. The animal is sick, injured or in pain, and whose affliction cannot be cured, or involves permanent and serious disability.

2. There exists an unmanageable excess of animals because of over-breeding or abandonment.

If under such conditions, this sort of measure can be warranted then I suppose having an organization called SPCH should be set up.

Why euthanasia should be practised by the SPCH?

The SPCH abhors the necessity of practising euthanasia, but feels it is warranted under certain conditions.

1. The human being is either sick, injured or in pain, and whose affliction cannot be cured, or involves permanent and serious disability.

2. There exists an unmanageable excess of humans because of over-breeding or abandonment by family members.

3. They are too ugly and will cause the quality of the human species to deteriorate as the years go by.

4. The human is a twit/dumbass/prick etc.

5. They f**k too much (contribute to the unmanageable excess of humans).

Conclusion Euthanasia remains a dreaded task for the staff at SPCH. The SPCH is often blamed for providing a humane end to human lives when in reality the problem stems from:
	An overpopulation of strays/homeless who breed without any major sterilisation programme to control them.
	Humans who do not sterilize themselves lead to unwanted babies being born.
	An over-supply of humans being commercially bred and sold in the poorly regulated service industry.
	Rules prohibiting the keeping of pussies and A/B cupped-sized boob bitches in HDB apartments.
Please help us reduce the necessity of euthanasia. Sterilise yourselves and encourage friends and relatives to do the same. Don’t pay for whores/gigolos from the red light district. Adopt a homeless bitch/pussy/jerk instead. The number of humans euthanased can only be minimised if the cycle of buying, breeding and abandonment is stopped.
